Castelli introduced the Nero Classic in 2011 as the next step up the ladder from their Ergo Tre shorts and bibs. The Nero Classic offers the same quality of construction and the much-loved Kiss 3 chamois but with a more compressive fit and more technical fabric.

Castelli's Action Micro fabric is a 210 gram microdenier, form-fitting PowerLycra with an 80% Nylon and 20% Lycra blend. This fabric has many strengths, namely it's softness against the skin; high abrasion resistance and durability; and a super muscle-supportive feel. In addition to this, the Action Micro fabric on the Nero Classic short has been Prosecco treated to promote speedier evaporation of moisture and keep you dry and comfortable. Prosecco hydrophylic treatment does this by spreading moisture over a larger surface area within the fabric, drawing perspiration away from the body and allowing it to evaporate more quickly at the outer surface.

The Nero Classic will keep you riding strongly and comfortably, and makes for an excellent everyday or weekend piece of riding kit.
