BicyclingHub.com ships around the world. At present we ship to around 50 countries around the world.

How much is postage to the rest of the world? See the chart below for exact postage rates. We believe we have one of the best rate structures in the world for international orders.

How long will it take to receive my order? We pack and ship all orders on the business day we receive them. On occasion we do run out of goods. We try to notify you when this happens. Orders to most countries take 7-10 business days. Please allow 28 days for exceptional circumstances.

Which courier do you use to send your parcels? Most of our parcels are sent via the US Postal Service in the US and then fed into the postal system throughout the world. We have found this to be the least expensive way for us to ship to you.

Is the parcel insured? Yes all our parcels have insurance so if it does not show up the loss is ours not yours.
